VAN BUREN COUNTY, MI — A former bus driver is suing Mattawan Consolidated School District over religious discrimination.
Sarah Robinson was allegedly told she could either resign or be fired in April 2025 after distributing bags of candy to students on Good Friday, according to a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court Western District of Michigan.
