What started out basically as a class project is continuing helping those struggling to find a job connect with local employers, and vice versa.
Joyce Snow, the director of the nonprofit Starting Over For Success, or SOS, was a graduate student at Spring Arbor University and working on her thesis when one of her professors said her idea to help others should be more than theoretical, that she should work it to a reality.
