The husband of a former member of the Middleville Village Council is now awaiting sentencing on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, after entering into a plea bargain agreement during a hearing in Barry County 5th Circuit Court on Wednesday, Feb. 18.
Much like his wife, daughter and son-in-law, Roger L. Gillhespy was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house by the Barry County Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 16.
As a result of the plea bargain, the 55-year-old Gillhespy is awaiting sentencing on only the possession charge after entering a plea of guilty during the Feb. 18 proceedings. All other charges were dismissed…
