KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Kalamazoo resident Ronda Coleman Collins was lucky enough to snag a premier parking spot outside of the Kalamazoo Public Library Thursday, but she’ll be the first to admit, it isn’t always this easy.
“No it isn’t. I was surprised because I was getting ready to just blow right past it, assuming that there’s no way,” said Collins. “I was going to make the block, try again, make the block, try again.”
