KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 24-year-old man and his 16-year-old sister are hospitalized with injuries after they were both injured in a shooting just before 11 p.m. Wednesday in Kalamazoo’s Knollwood neighborhood.
Around 10:45 p.m. Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety officers responded to the 4400 block of Forest Hills Lane after a third-party caller reported hearing an argument followed by gunshots and someone yelling that they had been shot.
Officers initially did not locate any victims at the scene. A short time later, a Michigan State Police trooper located a 24-year-old male victim at a nearby apartment complex. with a graze wound to his left calf…
