COLON TWP., MI — Farrand Hall owners James Gray and Jacob Hagan have listed for sale the historic home-turned-culinary destination, known for farm-to-table communal dinners with top chefs, for $2.05 million.
Gray said the decision is personal and reflects a desire to “move in another direction” after 10 years of work on the property and eight years building the business.
