KALAMAZOO, Mich. — After running Maple Hill Auto Group in Kalamazoo for more than 30 years, the owner confirmed with News Channel 3 Thursday night that he has sold the dealership.
Jim VandenBerg said he has sold the dealership to Grand Rapids-based Fox Motors.
According to him, the new name will be Fox Maple Hill Auto Group, and that all of his employees will be retained by the new ownership group.

VandenBerg went on to say that as part of the deal, Fox Motors intends to continue to sponsor — and possibly expand on — Maple Hill’s charitable activities throughout the area, including the Kalamazoo Holiday Parade and New Year’s Fest…
