A bakery with a major presence in the state is continuing expansion this year.
Tous Les Jours is debuting their newest West Michigan location at 5721 S Westnedge Avenue soon. Owner and franchisee Heymanshudeep Singh told What Now Detroit he is hoping to soft open the cafe on April 30. If all goes well with this location, he aims to open an additional cafe on the west side of the state.
Singh signed the lease in June of last year and started construction on the space in October. This is the first location he owns, and he has a software engineering background…
