BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A Battle Creek woman accused of shooting and killing her husband on Sunday pleaded not guilty in her first court appearance.
31-year-old Andrea Graham appeared in Calhoun County Court Wednesday afternoon. She faces a felony charge of first-degree murder against Alan Graham, her husband, and a charge of carrying a pistol when attempting to commit a felony.
If convicted of murder, she could face life in prison without parole.
