RICHLAND, Mich. — The Richland Police Department (RPD) and Michigan State Police (MSP) are searching for the driver of a motorcycle who escaped law enforcement twice on Tuesday.
Police did not say why troopers were chasing the motorcyclist earlier that day, but the driver was able to get away until about 4 p.m. when Richland officers spotted them.

The officers tried to pull the motorcyclist over in the area of East D Avenue and North 32nd Street, but they again drove away leading law enforcement on another chase, according to RPD.
This time, police said the pursuit ended in Battle Creek after the motorcyclist got away…
