8 accused of conspiring to distribute fentanyl, heroin cocaine in SW MI

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Last week, eight people from Southwest Michigan were charged with conspiracy to distribute drugs and other related charges, according to the United States Attorney’s Office Western District of Michigan.

Six of them were charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, according to a release from federal attorneys — Shawn Echols, 56, of Benton Harbor; Lamont Thomas, 52, of Berrien Springs; Anthony Lloyd, 54, of Benton Harbor; Adrian Travier, 36, of Kalamazoo; Lamar Sanders, 47, of Benton Harbor; and Keith Trayvon Curtis, 35, of Benton Harbor.

Lue Williams, 54, of Benton Harbor, was indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit concealment, money laundering and false statement. Gregory Traylor, 47, of Benton Harbor, was charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, heroin and cocaine, the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan wrote…
