ALBION, MI – An off-duty public safety officer in Calhoun County has been arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possessing a firearm while under the influence.
The Albion Department of Public Safety (ADPS) identified the officer as a member of its own department during a traffic stop conducted at 1:59 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, by the intersection of North Superior Street and East Pine Street in Albion, according to a news release from the department.
