KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Several people living at the Wildwood Off Main apartment complex in Kalamazoo have reached out to News Channel 3 since finding “condemned” notices posted by the Kalamazoo Area Building Authority (KABA) Thursday afternoon on every single unit’s front door.
Residents also shared two emails with our team that were apparently sent to them by Wildwood management.
Many have said the guidance from property staff and building officials has been contradictory, most notably regarding the safety and legal consequences of remaining in their homes.
