KALAMAZOO, MI — When The Mountain Goats kick off this year’s Bell’s Beer Garden summer concert series on Friday, May 22, they will be the first of just four headlining acts announced to make a return to the venue’s outdoor stage in 2026.
The bulk of this year’s series will be filled with first-time headliners in the garden, something that has Val Walters, Bell’s customer experience manager, excited.
“This year ended up shaking out a little different on the etch-a-sketch, and I think it’s ultimately a positive thing,” Walters said. “It’s going to be a really different garden season in the best way possible.”…
