Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) officials reported on Monday that a 26-year-old roofer, while working on a garage roof in Marshall, fell headfirst onto a concrete driveway on May 11 while throwing shingles into a dumpster.
Emergency responders took the worker to the hospital where they later died…
