KALAMAZOO, Mich. — After nearly two months since 51-year-old Mark McBride died in a hit-and-run, prosecutors formally charged the man accused of killing him on Monday.

McBride died the night of March 25 after a driver hit him near the intersection of South Westnedge Avenue and Axtell Street then drove off and left the car in Galesburg.
