Man shot and killed during an altercation with a group of people late Monday in the parking garage of the Bally’s Kansas City Casino in Kansas City, a police spokesman said.
Officers responded to a shooting about 11:45 p.m. at the casino in the 1800 block of East Front Street in Kansas City’s Northeast Industrial District, said Capt. Jake Becchina with the Kansas City Police Department.
