Judge lifts house arrest, GPS monitoring for MO trooper indicted in towing-corruption case

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Jackson County judge has lifted some pretrial restrictions for a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper indicted by a grand jury.

Trooper Charles “Nate” Bradley appeared in court Tuesday, May 26, for arraignment. During the hearing, the judge granted a request from Bradley’s attorney to remove the house-arrest requirement. Bradley also will not be monitored by GPS while the case moves through the court system.

Bradley faces multiple felony charges tied to an alleged towing-corruption scheme.
