A downtown Overland Park independent bookstore is closing next month after five years in business.
Ink and Page Book Boutique, a new and used bookstore at 7942 Santa Fe Drive, will be closing so owner Erin Olivia can spend more time with her family, she said in a February post in which she announced she would not renew her lease.
“I love so much about this shop. I’m proud of what I’ve built and of this growing community. The timing is incredibly bittersweet with the new farmer’s market pavilion almost finished,” Olivia said. “ We have made it through 18 months of construction and there are so many great things right around the corner. That makes this decision really hard.”…
