KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A driver was critically injured Tuesday afternoon after a pickup truck ran off the roadway and rolled over on southbound 71 Highway near Longview Road, according to the Kansas City Police Department.
Police say the crash happened around 12:22 p.m. when a red GMC Sierra pickup truck was traveling southbound on 71 Highway, just north of Longview Road.
The GMC ran off the roadway and struck the guardrail several times. KCPD says the reason it ran off the road is unknown. It then rolled over and slid southbound on 71 Highway…
