KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Jackson County Executive Phil LeVota marked the halfway point of his 14-month term Thursday, announcing tax credit protections, a new payment program and plans to consolidate county departments.
LeVota, who recently decided to not run for a full term, said seven months remain to accomplish meaningful work alongside the county legislature.
