Kansas City man sentenced to 20 years in prison for 2024 homicide

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man will spend the next 20 years in prison for a deadly assault that left a man dead inside a home.

Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson announced on Wednesday, June 4, that Alfred Minor, 53, was sentenced in connection with the August 4, 2024, death of a Kansas City man.
