KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A man reported missing from Independence has been found dead in Kansas City, and his death has been ruled a homicide, police say.
The Kansas City Police Department says investigators were notified on May 23 by the Independence Police Department about a missing persons case dating back to May 13.
