‘The number one killer of kids’: Kansas Citians march to demand action on gun violence

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Kansas City community leaders and students are rallying against gun violence, launching National Gun Violence Awareness Month.

Attendees marched along Troost Ave. on Saturday, June 6, carrying posters and banners, wearing orange – the color of the gun safety movement – to honor and remember victims of gun violence.
