A man with a Kansas City address is facing one felony charge and four misdemeanor charges after prosecutors alleged he sent repeated threatening messages to a former romantic partner and made threats involving the victim’s family, including two young children.
According to a criminal complaint filed in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Caldwell County, Kale Michael Dickens has been charged with first-degree harassment, a Class E felony, one count of fourth-degree domestic assault, one count of fourth-degree assault, and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
