Kansas City man facing two counts of murder in deadly Midtown shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man now faces multiple murder charges for a deadly double shooting in Midtown earlier this year.

Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson announced Monday that 30-year-old Olufemi Siffre has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for a shooting that left two people dead on Feb. 10, 2026.

Siffre also is charged with three counts of armed criminal action, one count of unlawful use of a weapon, one count of unlawful possession of a firearm and one count of tampering with physical evidence in felony prosecution…
