KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Groups in Missouri hope to get more people interested in the trades with two new sports stadiums about to be built. The Chiefs plan to move to Kansas City, Kansas, while the Royals plan a new stadium in the Crown Center area.
The Business Manager for the Greater KC Building & Construction Trades Council, Ralph Oropeza, says new jobs will be created with the two projects even though the teams’ two stadiums are already in our metro.
