KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A moped driver was critically injured after a head-on crash near 33rd and Prospect Ave.
The Kansas City Police Department said the crash was reported around 7:55 p.m. on Saturday, June 13.
When officers arrived, they indicated that they found the moped had been traveling south on Prospect when it crossed the centerline into the path of a northbound white Chevrolet Malibu.
The force of the collision threw the moped driver from the vehicle, according to investigators. Emergency crews transported the driver to a nearby hospital with critical injuries…
