CLINTON COUNTY — A Cameron man and a Kansas City man were both arrested in Clinton County Friday night following a traffic stop at Bob F. Griffin Road and Old U.S. Highway 36.
According to their probable cause statements, Jeramey M. Noel of Cameron is charged with two counts of controlled substance possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia possession, vehicle under 18,000 pounds following another vehicle too closely, and owner-operator of a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility; and Zachary V. Osgood of Kansas City is charged with two counts of controlled substance possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia possession, and failing to wear a seat belt. During a search of their vehicle, law enforcement located six grams of psilocybin mushrooms inside a backpack, four grams of methamphetamine, and a glass smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue…
