KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder following a double homicide in early 2025.
Court documents in Jackson County charged 20-year-old Kevion Westmoreland with three counts of armed criminal action and one count of first-degree robbery in addition to the murder charges.
