KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Police Department is asking for help to locate a missing woman with dementia and bi-polar disorder.
KCPD says Suzann Page, 67, was last seen in the 2300 block of Swope Parkway around 10:45 a.m. on Sunday.
