Four Missourians charged in federal health care fraud takedown

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Four Missourians have been charged in the Western District of Missouri in connection to alleged schemes to defraud government health care benefits programs.

The charges are part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown. Included in the charges are accusations of forgery and using fraudulent nursing credentials for Medicaid fraud.
