PLATTE COUNTY, Mo. — Initial appearance in Platte County court is Aug. 11 for a Lincoln, Missouri, man accused of causing a fatal crash in 2024.
Bezhad Mahjouri-Samani, 58, was criminally summoned and is formally charged with involuntary manslaughter.
