KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The fifth annual Soul Yoga Fest took over Uzazi Village in Midtown Kansas City, centering on accessible wellness for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
The event offered more than 10 free classes, including beginner-friendly yoga, tai chi, sound baths, dance classes, and holistic workshops.
Dr. Auburn Ellis, founder of Soul Yoga Fest KC, said the event is designed to bring wellness to the inner city.
