KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A massive distribution center in Kansas City’s Northland has a new owner.
Hunt Midwest sold the 1.5 million-square-foot building at KCI 29 Logistics Park to Morgan Stanley Investment Management. For comparison, building is the size of 200 Walmart Supercenters sitting side by side.
The facility was built for Ace Hardware’s retail supply center, which opened in 2025. It is the company’s central hub for more than 5,000 stores across the country…
