KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A woman has been shot and killed outside of an apartment complex in Kansas City Thursday afternoon.
Just after 1 p.m. officers with the Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) responded to a reported shooting near East 28th Street and Wabash Avenue.
