Police have located a 31-year-old man reported missing and considered an endangered person after he was last seen Sunday night in downtown Kansas City, a police spokesman said.
Darnell Miller was last seen about 10 p.m. in the area of Seventh and Main streets in a dark green 2009 GMC Sierra pickup truck with Kansas temporary tags, said Capt. Jake Becchina of the Kansas City Police Department.
