KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – We dropped the First Warn for Monday. The overall impacts out the door are much lower than previous computer guidance was expecting, which is a great change as many Missouri school districts head back!
We have temperatures in the 60s out the door.
Those of you that live west of KC on the Kansas side (Douglas, Anderson, Franklin counties) could encounter a few showers and rumbles early in the morning. Then, we will watch for a complex of rain and thunderstorms dropping out of Nebraska to impact some of our far north/northwest Missouri communities into midday.
So, it’s not a completely dry day, but metro impacts look much lower. High temperatures range from the upper 70s in northern Missouri to the lower 80s in KC and then some upper 80s farther south of I-70.
Expect a dry afternoon in the region.
