The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) invites people interested in learning to fly fish to a free program on Beginner Fly-Fishing Instruction & Fishing on Sept. 24 from 4 – 8:30 p.m. at its Burr Oak Woods Conservation Nature Center in Blue Springs.
