KANSAS CITY—Law enforcement investigating another homicide in Kansas City, Missouri have identified the victim as 40-year-old James Vaughn, according to KCPD Captain Jake Becchina.
Just before 3:30p.m. Friday, police were dispatched to a shooting 9th and Denver just south behind a house, according to Becchina. Officers were directed behind a residence to the south of the intersection where they located a Vaughn unresponsive.
