CLAY COUNTY, MO — Arraignment is at 2 p.m. Monday in Clay County court following a high speed pursuit Thursday night on Interstate 35.
Carlos O. Antonio is formally charged with aggravated fleeing a stop and is being held at the Clay County Detention Center on a $75,000 bond.
According to the probable cause statement, a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper observed a gray 2019 Nissan Altima, without any registration on it, traveling north on I-35 and activated their emergency equipment in an attempt to stop it.
