CLAY COUNTY, MO — Arraignment is at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday in Clay County for Brandon L. Walker.
He is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm. According to the probable cause statement, a business employee contacted Gladstone Police Communications Sunday after observing Walker appearing to be passed out in his running vehicle in the parking lot.
