A joint coffee roastery-brewery business is closing its Crossroads location, with its team stating that it is “unsustainable to continue operations” after seven years of serving coffee by morning and beer by evening.
Rochester Brewing and Roasting Co. announced on Facebook on Monday night that the space at 2129 Washington St. in Kansas City would close on Jan. 3.
“We are so grateful for the past seven years,” the post said. “It has simply become unsustainable to continue operations at that location.”…
