KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Candlesticks, crosses, and a 100-year-old silver chalice are missing from a Kansas City church. The church says thieves even stole a metal Jesus statue from a cross hanging on a wall.
A member of St. John’s Anglican Church on Kensington Avenue noticed the break-in Wednesday night.
Andrew Garcia said he first noticed eight crosses, candlesticks and a silver chalice and communion set were gone. They had been part of the parish for generations…
