BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. (KCTV) – Months of improvements that caused headaches for people heading to Downtown Blue Springs are coming to an end. Businesses there couldn’t be happier.
Crews have spent months improving Main Street from 15th to 7 Highway. The project also included infrastructure improvements, property acquisitions, and mixed-use development initiatives.
