It might be becoming a thing. The guy who took over the former Sun Fresh in the Linwood Shopping Center to save a grocery store for East Side Kansas City residents in the Prospect corridor might have a knack for turning around urban markets.
We’ll see, because that guy, Anthony Estrada, just took on a new challenge: managing another grocery store in what used to be The Merc Co+op, a community-owned market in Kansas City, Kansas.
