KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Jackson County grand jury has charged a 28-year-old Kansas City man for an August deadly shooting in the city’s Historic Northeast neighborhood.
An indictment filed on Thursday, Nov. 5, is for the same charges Jackson County prosecutors filed in August.
