KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Current announced Tuesday that a local small business ice cream shop will be coming to CPKC Stadium. High Hopes Ice Cream was named Kansas City’s Favorite Ice Cream Shop by the Kansas City Star in 2023. The ice cream shop opened in 2020.
