M&M Bakery and Deli in Kansas City: gets lots of love for its sandwiches and cinnamon rolls

We all learn through experience what makes a good deli. We also learn what puts the good into it.

The legacy of the M&M Bakery and Deli began with Holocaust survivor, Bronia Roslawowski who passed away on July 14, 2010, at age 88. Bronia and her husband, Mendel, owned and operated M&M Bakery and Deli. She “passed out love and doughnuts to generations of children, and bread and sandwiches to their families.” (Source.)

Pat Williams is now co-owner of the business which he continues to operate. At M&M Bakery and Deli in Kansas City, Missouri, you’ll find large deli sandwich options and baked goods. Products at this family-owned deli are made fresh every day and its website indicates no pork is used. Go here to listen to curiousKC’s interview with Pat Williams whose wife used to work with Bronia.

This deli has limited seating, so you might prefer ordering on line or in person to get to know the people behind the counter.

Great service is exactly what you will get here….There’s also several fresh baked cookies and donuts with apple fritters that are REALLY GOOD! A visit to M&M is really as much about meeting just some really good people as much as it’s about the sandwiches. Highly recommended. (Source.)
