TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – The owner of a Kansas business was charged with failing to pay employment taxes. Officials with the U.S. Department of Justice announced on Wednesday, Jan. 24 that a Missouri man made his initial appearance on Tuesday, Jan. 23 on an indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Kansas City, Kan., in December 2023, charging him with willfully failing to pay over employment taxes to the IRS.
